Cwmni Acen Cyfyngedig is a company limited by guarantee. The company, which was established in 1989 and incorporated in 1990, has a charitable status.

Acen’s work aims to promote Wales, the Welsh language and its culture. Throughout its existence it has aimed to serve the particular needs of those learning Welsh – at home, in the community and at work.

Over the years we have developed and built relationships with companies, businesses and agencies across Wales, with educational bodies and institutions, and with media companies including S4C.
