'Yr hyn sydd yn braf' meddai Rhun Gwynedd ap Robert, 'ydy ein bod yn gallu cynnig cyrsiau penodol iawn sy'n ateb union anghenion y cyflogwyr. Mae hyn yn aml yn bwysicach i gyflogwyr na'r costau.' Mae cwmniau tacsi, gwestai, cyfreithwyr a chwmniau technoleg eisoes wedi elwa o'r gwasanaeth.
Mae'r cynllun, sy'n rhan o brosiect CTN a weinyddir gan gwmni ITEC yng Nghaerdydd, yn rhedeg tan y Nadolig. Dylai cyflogwyr ac unigolion sydd am ddysgu'r Gymraeg ar gyfer y gweithle, gysylltu ag Acen trwy post@dysgu.cd

area can now take advantage of discounted opportunities to learn and improve their Welsh - thanks to a European Objective 3 grant.
'What's wonderful' according to Rhun Gwynedd ap Robert, 'is that we can offer very specific courses to meet the exact needs of employers and employees. This is often more importnat than the costs themselves.' Taxi firms, hotels, solicitors and technology firms have already benefitted from the programme.
The project, which is part of the CTN scheme managed by Cardiff ITEC, runs until Christmas. Small and medium sized employers and individuals interested in learning Welsh for the workplace should contact Acen through post@dysgu.cd
