11. John Murcott, Talacharn / Laugharne
Yn wreiddiol, mae John yn dod o Seland Newydd, ond nawr mae e'n byw gyda'i
wraig yn Saundersfoot, Sir Benfro ac maen nhw'n disgwyl eu babi cyntaf yn gynnar
yn 2004. Ers dechrau'r haf 2003 mae John wedi bod yn rhedeg tafarn y Cross House
yn Nhalacharn. Yn 2003, aeth John i ddobarthiadau Cymraeg ac mae e'n awyddus
i ddefnyddio'r iaith yn gymdeithasol ac yn ei waith.
Originally from New Zealand, John now lives with his Welsh wife in Saundersfoot,
Pembrokeshire and they are expecting their first baby early in 2004. Since the
beginning of summer 2003 John has been running the Cross House inn in Laugharne.
During 2002 John attended Welsh classes and is eager to use the language both
socially and in his work.

Y Gwersi / The Lessons
Dim ond rhan o'r gwersi gallwn ni ddangos yn y rhaglen. Fel arfer, wrth
olygu, rydyn ni'n dangos yr iaith mae'r dysgwr yn ei defnyddio yn yr her. Mae'r
nodiadau yma yn cynnwys eitemau iaith mwy cynhwysfawr. Mae (D) yn nodi
eitemau sy'n cael eu defnyddio fel arfer yn y De a (G) i nodi patrymau'r Gogledd.
We can only show part of the lessons during the programme. Generally, in
editing, we concentrate on those language items that the learner uses during
the challenge. These notes contain a wider range of language items that are
relevant to the situation. (D) is used top denote items that are generally used
in southern speech and (G) for northern speech patterns.
