1.Simon Harris, Caerdydd/Cardiff

Cymro sy'n hyfforddwr personol sy'n rhedeg ei gampfa ei hun yng Nghaerdydd ydy Simon. Mae nifer o'i gleiantau yn Gymry Cymraeg.

Simon is a Welshman who works as a personal trainer at his own gym in Cardiff. A number of his clients are Welsh speakers.

Yr Her/The Challenge:

Rhoi gwers ffitrwydd i'r cyflwynydd radio a theledu, Siān Thomas. Mae Simon yn nabod Siān yn dda ac felly'n gallu defnyddio ffurfiau TI gyda hi.

To give radio and tv presenter, Siān Thomas a gym lesson in Welsh. Simon has known Siān for some time and is therefore able to use the familiar TI forms with her, instead of the more formal CHI.
